Set your intention for the FALL SEASON while reflecting on the SUMMER.  A weekend of reflection and preparation.  The FALL season is about balancing the light within the darkness, realizing the impermanence of life, and letting go of the things that no longer serve you.  This weekend will offer 2 yoga classes per each full day.  Each day will begin with a morning meditation, followed by the first yoga class of the day.  Yoga in the morning helps us awaken into a new day.  The 2nd yoga class in the evening will be Yin to welcome in the dark of night.  Other optional offerings scheduled throughout the day include Neurosculpitng® for the opportunity to change old habitual behavior patterns to more consciously chosen and more productive patterns to enhance your life, free time for Journalling, and free time to simply be in nature.  *Some classes will have live music and chanting with Dan Boisits.

Saturday September 2nd 

7:00am optional meditation

7:30am Morning snack – fruits, tea, coffee, granola & yogurt

8:30am Yoga

10:30am Brunch

11:30am-4:30pm FREE TIME   – hiking, hammocks, journaling, bodywork & energy work, swimming at lake

4:30pm Yoga

6:30pm Dinner

7:30pm Free time or optional discussion

Sunday September 3rd

7:00am optional meditation

7:30am Morning snack – fruits, tea, coffee, granola & yogurt

8:30am Yoga

10:30am Brunch

11:30am-4:30pm FREE TIME – hiking, hammocks, journaling, bodywork & energy work, swimming at lake

4:30pm Yoga

6:30pm Dinner

7:30pm Free time or optional native american sweat lodge
