Movement & Memoir

with Bobbie Ellis & Blake Devillers

There is something about carving out time in the midst of winter for writing from the cues, gestures, and inquiry of the body that can spark creativity and ignite a fire of healing.

Join Bobbie and Blake as we take you through the stories of your life that make up your unique self….finding important life events, stories and memories as ways into the creative process…from learning to ride a bike to leaving home to the maturity of growing wise….taking on a story to be told as only you can tell it!

Our weekend will include: 5 vegetarian meals, comfortable accommodations, morning movement and meditation, structured time for moving and writing, reconnecting with yourself, free time to explore Mount Eden’s lovely grounds and more….

Bobbie’s work with writing has come out of extensive training in Anna Halpren’s life/art process for over 16 years.
